He has spearheaded successful completion of over 2.5 million square feet of landmark properties right from Residential projects in downtown Mumbai to Industrial Estate and commercial properties. INDIAREIT Fund Advisors (Pvt) Ltd. is amongst the earliest of Indian real estate private equity funds. In a short span, it has carved its own niche – through prudent investment philosophy and teaming up with some of the most promising developers. At INDIAREIT, Ramesh has played a leading role in successful raising & deployment of its fund corpus – which today is around USD 450 Million. With his consistent passion for performance & agility, he envisions to make INDIAREIT amongst the top three real estate private equity firms in India.

A Chartered Accountant with more than 12 years of experience in financial services in India. His previous stint was as Chief Financial Officer at Kotak India Realty Fund. He has exposure to various functions including treasury, assurance/audit, portfolio management, MIS, budgets, internal audits, consulting, due diligence and risk management.

An alumnus of Management Development Institute, he has over seven years of experience in new project initiatives and corporate planning with companies. He has been engaged with Indiareit since its inception and has played a key role in shaping its operations.
