     communities and commercial premises over a large 260 acres land plot – strategically located
     at the proposed Outer Ring Road Growth Corridor (ORR-GC). With two proposed IT/ITES SEZs
     in close proximity to the site, it is expected to become a veritable residential destination.

          which will be developed post the completion of phase I – expected around April 2008.

     The site abuts the Varthur lake at Whitefield, Bangalore and lies at the periphery of IT corridor,
          housing more than 400 IT firms and an employment potential of more 150,000 people by
          end of 2008.

     Development of a land parcel of 160 acres at Mangalore.
     Total area: 8.78 Million square feet
     Key highlights:
     The site is located 6 KMs away from national highway no. 17 (towards Mumbai) and 6 KMs
          from Mangalore airport. The site has a frontage of 2000 ft on airport road and 6000 ft on river
          front. Being located on banks of Gurupur river, it offers a picturesque location for mixed use
          development.
