Commercial Complex, Kurla, Mumbai

     Located at a prime location and in close proximity to key infrastructure including domestic
     airport as well as upcoming Metro network – this project is expected to fetch premium returns
     – as Kurla develops in an alternative to de-congest BKC and other Mumbai suburbs.
     Total area: 1.41 Million square feet
     Key highlights:
     Being designed by ‘Foster + Partners’ – a leading UK based architecture group, having credited with
          designing several global benchmark projects. This will be their first project in India

Integrated : Mixed use project, Hyderabad

     Located amongst upcoming prime residential zone of Hyderabad, the Miyapur-Kukatpally belt.
     The site is located at 13 Km from the current city airport and 9 Km from existing IT hub of Gachibowli.
     Total area: 1.50 Million square feet
     Key highlights:
     Project is located close to densely populated Kukatpally residential and is easily accessible from
          key commercial zones such as Gachibowli and Hyderabad airport

Integrated township–cum–SEZ, Hinjewadi, Pune

     A 138 acres land-parcel; wherein 25 acres will be developed as a SEZ and 113 acres will be
     transformed into an integrated township – consisting of residential apartments, villas, retail space
     as well as a 5-star hotel. Ecadi – a leading China based global architect is working on the project.
     Total area: 9.07 Million square feet

     The project is being designed by ‘Ecadi’ – a leading China based global architect
     In the first phase of pre-sales, around 1200 residential units, from total of 3000 units, have
          already been booked
     The developer is also in advanced talks with a leading five-star hotel chain and has received
          interest from leading IT players to lease out the proposed SEZ
